  • Lash extensions are individual synthetic fibers that are professionally applied to your natural lashes to create added length, fullness, and definition. Unlike strip lashes or temporary clusters, lash extensions are customized to your natural lashes and applied one extension at a time for a seamless, long-lasting result.

    • Please arrive with clean lashes and eye area free of makeup, as this allows for the best attachment and retention. Excess oils, makeup residue, and buildup can interfere with the application process and may impact the longevity of your lash extensions.

    • Please avoid caffeinated drinks prior to your appointment.

    • Contact lenses should be removed before your service

  • Full sets require a minimum of 2.5 hours. Appointment times vary based on customization and natural lash density. We recommend allowing ample time for your appointment and arriving on time to ensure the best possible results.

  • Proper aftercare plays a significant role in lash retention. We recommend cleansing your lash extensions regularly, avoiding oil-based products around the eyes, refraining from rubbing or pulling the lashes, and following all aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.

  • One should stop using ANY and ALL acne medications, retinols, AHA’s, BHA’s and any other blood or skin thinning medications at least 72 hours before appointment to avoid issues.

  • Yes, a brow stain is still possible, however the stain may not last as long solely on the skin as it does on hair and skin. Going darker in color can help prolong the retention of your stain, if you’re looking for lasting results.

  • Think of brow lamination as a way to improve the shape and manageability of your natural brows. By repositioning each brow hair into a more desirable direction, this treatment creates a fuller, smoother, and more refined appearance

  • A consistent home routine is essential, but professional treatments allow us to address concerns that cannot always be achieved with home care alone. Professional-grade products, advanced techniques, and personalized treatment plans work together to support healthier skin and long-term results.

  • Every client's skin is unique, which is why we begin with the Skin Rest Facial that consists of a consultation and skin analysis to understand your concerns, goals, and skin condition. If you're unsure which facial to book next, we'll help recommend the treatment best suited to your skin and desired results.

  • The ideal treatment schedule varies based on your skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and long-term skincare goals. As a general recommendation, we suggest scheduling a facial every 4–6 weeks to support healthy skin, maintain results, and address ongoing concerns. During your appointment, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your skin's unique needs.

    • Please arrive with clean skin whenever possible and discontinue the use of retinoids, exfoliants, and other active ingredients for 1 week prior to your appointment.

    • Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, or active skincare products for at least 1 week before your appointment.

  • Yes. Shai Echelon Studios is committed to providing professional services. All services are performed by a licensed beauty professional with ongoing education and training to ensure clients receive safe, high-quality care.

  • To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Children, additional guests, and pets are not permitted unless otherwise approved in advance.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

  • We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made within the required notice period outlined below.

    Cancellation:

    - Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, a 24-hour advance notice is required.

    - Cancellations or reschedules made the day of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee, and a new retainer is required to book or reschedule future services.

    - Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled directly through the link provided in your confirmation email.

    No Call-No Show:

    - No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the remaining balance of the appointment and may be restricted from future booking.

    Late Policy:

    - A 15-minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals beyond this window will be canceled, and the retainer forfeited.
